I am passionate about being with people on their journey of discovery and healing.
My introduction to the world of health and well-being began with remedial massage. During one of my sessions with a client, we discussed their fear of the dentist. As they spoke, I noticed their upper body tense up in a way that mirrored the tension at the beginning of our session. This experience taught me that there is a clear connection between the mind and body.
